[WriteLog] DTA file format

Anyone know what the logic is for the DTA file?

There is a lot of white space at the top of the file and then the calls all
separated by a space.

I am using the WT4I program to build my own Super Check Partial file from
specific contests from prior years I'm also combining Uniques and Bads into
the file by appending (U) or (B) to the calls so indicated by the UBN or LCR
report.
