[WriteLog] CQ 160 important notice

You need to check your category for either section (CW or SSB) for the CQ
160 Contests.  If the category ends with CW or SSB Trey's robot will kick
it back.

SINGLE-OP  160M HIGH  is correct
SINGLE=OP 160M HIGH CW is not cabrillo spec.   Make sure you edit the
category before sending your log.  Wayne is aware of this problem and
hopes to fix it for 2005.

Also the e-mail addresses published in CQ and on the CQ web page are
incorrect.
Make sure you use

160-cw at kkn.net  for CW and 160-ssb at kkn.net for SSB.  Please do not send
multiple logs or mix modes.
