[WriteLog] Error message "Can't open soundcard (-1)" Now Fixed

Marty (NW0L) thanks ever so much. Under "Tools", Sound Board options, I had 
the box for "Enable Recording Loop" checked. When I un-checked the box, the 
RTTY window now works with signals like it should.
