[WriteLog] CW Keyboard Grayed-out

Here is another 'newbie' question:

When I open the Tools drop down, the CW Keyboard is 'grayed-out'. I also try
to select 'PC Generates CW' from the Setup drop down and it won't stay
selected, which is probably why I can't select the CW Keyboard. Any help out
there?
