[WriteLog] CQ 160 Correction

The correct address for the CQ 160 CW is 160cw at kkn.net.  Ignore what was
printed before and what the robot sends,   Use 160ssb at kkn.net for the ssb
section next month.
 
I also have gotten several messages on the category.  Please remove CW at
the end of the cabrillo category.
 
SINGLE-OP  160M HIGH  is correct (as an example)  not SINGLE-OP 160M 
HIGH CW.
