[WriteLog] second vfo with ft1000xx

Dirk, Writelog does provide a bandmap for the 2nd VFO for FT1000X but the 
spots on it are not "clickable", i.e., you can't send a spot directly to the 
2nd VFO with WriteLog.  N1MM Logger is the only contest logging program I 
know of that provides this functionality.
