[WriteLog] Problem with 10.45 %O command in macro

Check the list of CI-V Control Commands in your ICOM manual. 756PRO does 
not have a command to clear the RIT, bit I think the 756PROII does. Your 
746PRO radio may go either way.

If you have no command to clear it, it won't happen.
