[WriteLog] Help with FT-990 RTTY Interface

[VE3XD]

I have used a 2n2222 and one-K resistors (ie. CT circuit) on a 990 without
problem. Used the same interface on the Mark V too before switching to a
Rigblaster Plus. The same interface works well on my FT-100 whereas a
optoisolator interface would not work.
