[WriteLog] CtCompatibleAccel

Hello,

Started using V10.48F in the IARU (CW) and the F1 CQ function doesn't 
work.   In V10.47 it did.

Writelog.ini located in the C:.\WINDOWS folder has the 
CtCompatibleAccel=YES  and CqFunctionKey=1.

However, after renaming the Writelog.ini and opening up Writelog 
(establishing a new Writelog.ini) the F1 key now works without the 
CtCompatibleAccel==YES and CqFuntionKey=1 showing up in the new Writelog.ini.

Any ideas on what is happening?
