[WriteLog] ten minute timer

I have NEVER been able to get the timer to work properly and seems the folks 
at WL don't care as they have never made any posts as to why we continue to 
have this problem?  WL is such a great piece of software, especially for 
multi-ops and the wonderful networking, why can't we get this timer sorted out since 
it is a very important part of many multi op entries?
