[WriteLog] What am I missing?

The UK-DX Contest module for RTTY is broken.  It may start to highlight calls
but will eventually stop every time.  Once it stops, it will not resume.

I found this problem when beta testing the module but apparently the detailed
report I made concerning these highlighting problems was not sent to the author
and didn't get fixed.

Same highlighting problems exist in the Makrothen and UK-CIS modules.

I know it worked in the past ... Writelog w/MMTTY plugin is not highlighting
calls as I was attempting to participate in the UK-DX Contest.  What parameter
did I forget to set?  WL is 10.48F  OS is Win98SE  MMTTY is 1.65
