[WriteLog] what did I set wrong

Working the All Asian contest.
I selected the proper module for Outside Asia and CW.

But I still get cluster spots for SSB portions of the band
even though I selected "in-band" only.

Doesn't "in-band" mean only the portion of the band for the mode selected?

I've seen this in other contests also.
It's a pita to have to have to do a 'Setup Bands' for each contest.

Am I missing something obvious here?
