THANKS to ALL who replied so quickly and clearly .. to this New Guys 
questions on updating the CTY files.

I followed your tips / advice etc. .. and it worked like a charm.  I checked 
out all the new additions and they are all there.  I'm going to enjoy this 
program .. and getting to associate with you all.
