[WriteLog] Writelog can now see HAL

Thanks to all who answered my recent question about Writelog not talking to
a Hal.  I had the internal card selected in the Writelog menu, changed that
to the external Hal and still trouble.  I was looking at the .ini file and
might have changed something for the worse.  So, I reloaded Writelog on the
PC, everything is working fine now.  Again, thanks for all the help.  73,
