[WriteLog] WL& Russian DX Contest

The problem with namedmul.ini & Internet Explorer has something to do with 
the .ini extension.  I've now got links to the files at the bottom my homepage:

         http://wq5c.home.texas.net

You should be able to right-click the links & save the files directly.
