[WriteLog] Add IN PCI LPT CARDS

Are you sure Direct I/O doesn't?  It works with the D080, D400 address of my
Siig PCI Card.

Has anyone persuaded  DIRECT_IO  OR USERPORT OR DLPORTIO (PORT95NT) to work
with add in PCI cards with addresses like B400,B000 like my LAVA card
(antenna switching mainly). My system that used to work has stopped for some
reason.
