[WriteLog] 5NN instead of 599

Sounds real nice... and I wish I checked my email before WPX started hihi.

One question:  Does adding this section to the WL .ini file affect how the
numbers are transmitted using RTTY?

Add a section to your Writelog.ini file:

[Cut-Numbers]
0=T
9=N
1=A

etc.
