There is a slight error in translation here.
Oms asked about having a third multiplier station and Bob's answer was correct.
But that is not what the discussion is about.
The question should have been "is it OK to have additional INACTIVE
stations available for people to listen on and to activate when another
active station becomes inactive."
I suspect the answer to this question would have been, "it is OK". This
maintains the two transmitter rule because only two transmitters are ever
transmitting at one time.
