[WriteLog] Single key bandmap add

Thanks for the Info Chad.

Feature request:

When the user hits the ESCAPE key the currently active entry window is 
cleared and the call is added to the band map.   Color coding conventions 
would apply (mult, good-to-work, dupe, etc)
