[WriteLog] Single key bandmap add

[Kurszewski Chad-WCK005]

So, what if that station isn't a dupe?  You now cleared the
entry window, and will need to enter his call again to work
him.  Or are you saying that you wouldn't press this key
unless you already know he's a dupe?
