[WriteLog] WriteLog WAE QTC's

I started the WAE contest using the RTTY version in the Contest Select menu.
My first two contacts were with Japan and I expected to see two QTC's noted
in the "Tx-Qtc" field in the entry window as per the Help file for WAE
Contest.

I also had a Brazil contact that wasn't counted either, so I gave up the
test.

I understand the exchange has to be with someone outside your own continent,
and last I heard, Japan and Brazil should qualify!

Anyone have an idea what I'm overlooking? I hope I don't have to dork around
in the .ini file for this.
