[WriteLog] just one bit of help prior to contest

This bugs me all the time.
Shouldn't the BANDS be limited to just the CW sub bands.
If I do a Show Bands from the Bands menu, it lists the whole band.
Doesn't this allow SSB and RTTY spots to be allowed into the Cluster window and Band Map?

What do you guys recommend?
Of course I can set my cluster filters but that seems like a unnecessary step.
