[WriteLog] Recorded MSG Won't Release PTT

I'm having a very strange problem.

Any and all recorded messages, i.e., F1.WAV, etc, will play but then most
(90%) of the time will not release the PTT. It doesn't make a difference if
the transmit audio is going to the left or the right transceiver. Either
stays in transmit with no audio. Transmit releases as soon as I tap the
footswitch.

I have tried a different computer.

I have tried a backup W5XD Multi-keyer.
