[WriteLog] Record on the fly with WL

OK, I realize that the new versions of Writelog have 10 more SSB memories,
the new ones are accesses by Shift Fx, and the reason I get a diagnostic is
that I have nothing in them yet.

So, if the function of Shift Fx has changed, what key combo now records "on
the fly" to the Fx locations? The Help file appears NOT to have been updated
for this point.
