[WriteLog] 10.48 and 10.49

Are there any WL10.48 and/or 10.49 users out there who are successfully
using these versions on SSB with voice recording on-the-fly?

Both these updates provide the additional 10 SSB memory locations,  accessed
by Shift-Fx, x=2-11. But that key sequence used to be used to record
on-the-fly.

Ron, N6EE tells me that with 10.48, Shift Fx operates as in earlier
versions--he has no idea how to access the new memory locations, if indeed
they can be recorded on-the fly, except by typing into them in the message
setup window.

I am using 10.49 and cannot record at all with Shift Fx and need to know how
to do so.

Both Writelog Help and the K9JY site still state that Shift Fx records to
location x.

Can anyone sort this out?
