[WriteLog] Possible Problem with 10.56C No Problem

I used 10.56C in the TARA RTTY contest and had no problem with the NO RIG.
This was very prevalent before.  The setup is IC-756 PRO3 and microHam micro
Keyer (ver 3.0.2.903 firmware 02.05).  I have the rig baud set to 9600.
Auto baud never did work good for me.

I still have a problem with the FSK dropping out and sending only Mark. Fix
involves cycling the power to the micro Keyer by turning off/on the 756
which is a pain because of the time for the rig to start.
