[WriteLog] Serial Numbers with networked PCs

Hi Gary:

Unfortunately, WAE DOES require sequential serial numbers between
the main (run) and multiplier stations.  They also don't accept
serial numbers by band.  So, this is not a non-existent problem!  :-(
