[WriteLog] RTS Line

I am not sure that you need to do anything.  If the CW RTS is NOT the same
as the rig port, then RTS should get asserted by default.  I have a similar
W1GEE interface cable and all I had to do was:

Add the following to writelog.ini

[Rigs]
Icom IC-756PRO2=0x6e

That will override the default for the Pro III rig address.  Choose
IC-756PRO2 in ports setup and you should be running.

I have just got a new Pro 3 rig and have had to get an interface for the
rig-pc, the Icom interface was a fortune I so got a G4ZLP interface
(www.ham-radio.ch) I have been told I need the programme to turn on the RTS
line so that the interface which is built into the 9 pin plug will get its
power, how is this done in WL ???? once I find this out I might be able to
