[WriteLog] Help file question

Are there several versions of the WL help file out there?  I recently
posted a question about keeping the Rttyrite RX window on top since I
could find nothing in my WL 10.54C help.  One person responded that I
should search the on-line help for "always on top" and I would find it.
Well I did and I didn't find anything.  This seemed to indicate that
that individual and I have different help files.  Mine is 1120 KB and is
dated 4-12-05 and presumable is there because of my full install
(10.37B) and then frequent upgrades.  Anyway where do I get the latest
help file?
