[WriteLog] "Zero's" in contact serial Number's

Well - I tried a few different things.

This is exactly what I did.

> Close WriteLog if you have it open
> Open Writelog.ini
> Insert this line exactly as typed - I put mine after the Configuration
section   [Cut-Numbers]
    NOTE - the dash is needed (for me)
> Then input the series of numbers you want
    NOTE:  I used 9=N and 0=T
> Close and save WriteLog.ini
> Open Writelog - and check WriteLog.ini to see if the info you put in is
EXACTLY the same as when you put it in.
    NOTE:  For some reason (no clue why) the dash was not there the first
couple times
> Then - before you do anything - SAVE CONFIGURATION

This worked for me.   It did not work until I checked for the DASH and did a
SAVE CONFIGURATION before testing to see if it worked.
