[WriteLog] cabrillo in WAG contest

Hi,

the sponsor of the WAG contest prefer to get the logs in the .stf format.
This has a modified cabrillo structure.

In WriteLog you are able to produce an .stf file if you use the appropriate
WL modul by DL1EFD (http://dl1efd.de). Then you find this function in the
contest menu.

Any info on how to change format to cabrillo in the worked all germany
contest it is not sending in cabrillo ???
