[WriteLog] CQP Bugs

I had 2 MAJOR bugs in CQP using WL 10.55D

1. QTH field would not accept "DX" or specific DX prefixes (i.e., JA, OK,
etc.)

2. When using dueling CQs in mixed mode (one radio CW, one radio SSB) the CQ
would alternate for a few times, but then would send CQ on the CW radio
continuously.

I don't recall either of these the last few years and the hardware setup
hasn't changed here.
