[WriteLog] deleting station from bandmap

I sometimes delete calls to reduce clutter.  Criteria:

1.  I know they're a busted call.
2.  I checked the frequency a couple of times and know the station is no 
longer there.
3.  They're stateside stations in a DX contest or non-contest stations.
