[WriteLog] deleting station from bandmap

A few other options to minimize Band Map clutter:
1.  Adjust the bandmap spacing using the PixelsPerKhz parameter in 
writelog.ini
2.  Lower the DefaultTimeoutSeconds so spots auto-erase more quickly.

Anyone have any ideas about my Sound Card issue, posted yesterday?
