[WriteLog] New England QSO Party module

I just upgraded to 10.59D and now I get an error message when I try to open 
the NEQP module. I get an error message even when I try to open last years 
NEQP contest log. NEQP is at the end of the month ....anybody have an idea 
whats wrong? Thanks.
