Try unzipping the files to your desktop, and running setup from  there.  For 
some reason, WL only seems to install from the desktop.  I  don't experience 
this when installing other windows programs.

2)       Execute Setup

3)   The "I accept the Licensing Terms" window is checked  and
continue is selected

4)       The  registration code box pups up with the correct information

5)   The "Ready to Install" window appears and I click on  "Install"

6)       The installation halts with a  message stating a DLL cannot be
run - please consult your administrator or  application support group

7)       The WiteLog "not  finished" window comes up and I exit out.
