[WriteLog] WL MMTTY profile boxes under RTTY control panel

I found the way how to remove profil in RTTY control panel
only change to 0 the state in WL ini file the following line
and the profiles can be called directly from that windows manually if needed.
MMTTY_USE_PROFILE=1   change to 0 state instead
