That is not 100% true.  WL is loading the current CTY file *** that's 
on the writelog site ***

The latest country file is always on www.k1ea.com.  As I explained 
yesterday, Wayne W5XD has to put the file on HIS site so that the 
update button gets the latest.  He did not do this for the last release.
