I think I know why some of you are still having trouble
with mults after you load the new wl_cty.dat file as I had
this problem once.  Make sure you copy the new .dat file
into the writelog/program directory before you run the
"Convert CTY to WriteLog" utility.  If it's not placed 
there, you will be running the conversion on your old
.dat file and not the new one.  Been there done that and
got the T-shirt!
