[WriteLog] Sending RTTY via F keys

It never fails.  I fiddle with something for an hour, finally send a 
message for help, then find the solution 10 minutes later.  My CW port was 
conflicting with the WinRTTY port and I didn't recognize the problem.  Got 
CW out of the way and all works well.
