If anyone wants to try this, I uploaded USCQP.INI (with W0QE abbreviations for
MARAC CW) to my web site:

    http://www.ad1c.us/uscqp.ini

Just save this in your Writelog\Programs directory, and use the US Counties QSO
Party module.
