[WriteLog] MARC-CW module needed

Hmm... the field length is hard-coded within the
module and can't be customized from the program
itself.  If the field were lengthened, then it would
"break" the feature where when the field was full the
cursor would jump to the next field  (for the USCQP
with shorter mult names).

this would pretty much require a new module all
together.  when is the contest?
