[WriteLog] Writelog 7QP Scoring

Quite a few 7QP score postings from W7's are showing up on
3830 with more than the maximum of 63 available multipliers.
The latest one says that he used Writelog, so maybe all the
bad scores are from Writelog users. Check your mults. If you
are in 7-land, there are a maximum of 63 mults for W7 
entries:
50 states
13 VE provinces (1-9, vy0, vy1, vy2, vo)
