[WriteLog] WL PCI or USB to LPT SO2R?

Hello,

Has anyone been able to get a computer having a motherboard that has only 
USB and PCI ports (no LPT), XP operating system and have it set-up to work 
SO2R with WL?

I've been trying to get a PCI to parallel card to work with Direct I/O 
without success and wondering if it is at all possible.  USB to parallel 
hasn't been tried, but from what I've read, it doesn't look 
encouraging.  The USB to parallel devices I've read about are Plug and Play 
compatible which, to me, means the Resource settings assigned by the 
computer are probably in the BCD0-BCD7 range, the same as the PCI to 
parallel card.

The computer is a Dell XPS400 with only PCI and USB ports.
