[WriteLog] Setup for two soundcards

I have put in two sound cards and I can manually select the right sound  card 
and writelog works fine but will not automatically select the correct card.  
The sound mixer control does not give me any choices it is just blank,  I  
have done this before and just forgot how I did it. I know I have to edit the  
.INI file. That brings up the other problem I can't find the .INI file. I would  
rather not reinstall but if I have to can do.
