[WriteLog] Frequency grab feature

I want to second the request of Hal N4GG on the %Z feature.
The "kHz" part is not needed when you are asking someone
to QSY to another frequency on CW (PSE QSY 7040.)

I also see the need to make the %Z feature work for either
radio in SO2R.  My setup also allows either radio L or R
to be the run radio like N4GG.
