[WriteLog] Finding the right ini file and how to have cut numbers set up in ini

This morning early I looked for wrtielog ini file. I seem to
have a couple in the computer. How do you tell which is the
correct one. I dropped the old contest for all ini and still
they show up when I open writelog to start another contest.
Lastly in my ini files I find the following Cut-Numbers etc.
shouldnot it say CutNumbers etc LMK PTL bill brown K0UK
