[WriteLog] How do you get Internet Spots into the Band Map?

Is there a way to get the spots from eham or dxsummit into the bandmap automatically? (I am not on packet so I get all my spots from these 2 sites)

My rig is interfaced to the computer and the computer is connected to the internet via wifi....
