[WriteLog] UP GRADE FROM V.58 TO v61

Hi Ron:
I think I´m doing something wrong on up grading from V 58 to V.61 in some of
the computers of my contest stations PS2T and ZW5B.
The majority of the computers are already updated to V.61, but two of the
computers (one window98 and another 2K) definitively don´t accept the
upgrade, even using the msi.
Some sugestion?
