Along with the notification on the CQP site that the 4 letter abbreviations
were going to be required, this was posted to this Group last month:

Basically states that since CQP was going to 4 letter counties, that you'd
need to update the Namedmul.ini file to reflect the correct changes in the
county mulipliers.  Had the same problem when we started.  The namedmul.ini
file is what controls the multipliers within Writelog.
